show what family an object belongs to in object properties

Should be a simple addition, but right now when I click on an object, there's no easy way of telling what family that object belongs to, which can be an issue in large projects when there's a lot of families. It would be ideal if there was an extra field in the object type properties which listed that information.

I made a visual representation for what I mean:

After exploring the program further, it turns out you can right click, select 'find all references' and it will list its family type. Still, not the most obvious solution.

There cannot be a single field for this as shown in the mockup, because objects can belong to multiple families. Also as noted, 'Find all references' can already list this.

The problem is - one object can be a member of many families, so listing lots of families in one small field may not be very practical.
