Transparent looking shadow / Shadow alpha option.

Could you please add an alpha option to the drop shadow or add a new feature for transparent shadows?

Shadows in games are one of the most important parts, so having them beautiful as the other engines already have them would be amazing (as a feature unity/build-box/unreal)

Yes I know you have a tutorial for a somewhat similar looking method, but I is an outdated (don't get upset on me, but old and bad looking way of doing shadows), it would be easier, faster and maybe even better executed as an engine feature, made by you guys.

    Admin Response

Take a look at the built-in 'Shadows: blending multiple lights' example for a demonstration of how you can already create multiple blending shadow effects with different opacities.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by this. You should already be able to make transparent shadows. Which feature are you using and what have you tried?

Sorry for responding so late. My question is whether we can achieve this type of shadow in construct 3?
