Sprite Normal maps, better integration

Sprite normal maps that will react properly to lights

Technically, a normal map is a 3D feature, since it involves treating a 2D surface has having a 3D surface. This may be a little too close towards making a 3D engine. However we have plans to add rudimentary 3D features in the new C3 runtime. We'll revisit this idea later down the line when we are looking in to that.

Isn't bump/normal map is already available?

That would be awesome then we could light are scenes and sprites up with decent lighting
right now I've been enforced to devise using shadow and light sprites to make my characters
too look decently as possible shaded and lighted .

All that you really need to do is integrate this effect from C2, it works pretty well already and supports 3 colored lights.

If you look down in the thread, I also added some C2 code that let's you rotate the sprites/normal maps and still get the correct effect (it would be better to bake this option into the effect.)

Admin, can you look into doing that?

FYI, I converted over the Normal Map effect I mentioned to c3. It would be good to have something official and maintained, since this is an essential feature (Paster is another one, but that's for another idea entry.)
